Kumquat Café

Advanced Typography Project, George Mason University

For this project, students were assigned a restaurant name and tasked with creating menu items, a general theme, and a logo for the restaurant. They were then asked to design four unique menus, each serving a different purpose for the restaurant. Kumquat Café is a vegan-friendly restaurant with an easygoing atmosphere, which these designs convey through bold colors, flowing details, and casual sans-serif typefaces.
